how to reset phone after pattern nd email is forgotten!!!!!! on canvas or micromax

step 1
1) first switch off ur andy i mean droid device or android phone.



step 2
2) then press three button at one time. the buttons are=

1-lock key
2-both volume keys

step 3
3) then there would be two option then go on recovery mode and factory test mode.

step 4
4) Then by using volume key go on first option recovery mode and press left side i mean ok button

step 5
5)last step go on last option restore user data nd wipe all data ur phone would be restarted!!!
but but but............. your all contacts would be deleted and apps toooo ......
